South Charlotte, North Carolina law firm is looking for a Experienced Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal
Qualifications/Responsibilities:
- Ability to self-manage;
- Familiarity with E-File;
- Draft Documents (pleadings, discovery, discovery responses, etc);
- Manage A&Ps and service;
- Prepare Subpoenas;
- Schedule Depositions, Mediations, Hearings, etc;
- Monitor Case Management schedules and timelines;
- Manage Cases;
- Neos Case Management knowledge is a plus.
