Cirrus Manor is seeking an RN Director of Patient Services to oversee clinical operations for both Assisted Living Program (ALP) and non-ALP residents.
Responsibilities include, including but not limited to:
- Clinical oversight of resident care, assessing to formulate, implement and review, individualized resident care plans
- PCA/HHA orientation, quarterly assessments
- Medication management oversight
- Regulatory compliance (NYS DOH)
- Coordination with providers
Qualifications:
- NYS RN License
- 2+ years experience preferred
Salary: Starting at $85,000
