The Service Lighting Technician will be responsible for providing service to our existing and new lighting maintenance clients in a variety of locations. This position will manage the completion of various lighting and electrical tasks such as electrical break and repair, troubleshooting/maintenance, and service upgrades as needed. This position will also run and operate a bucket truck.
JOB RESPONSIBLITIES:
· Maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of interior and exterior lighting systems.
· Working on ladders, scaffolding, or lift equipment required.
· Driving to multiple job sites as needed.
· Maintain accurate job site completion records and submit to supervisor.
· Update Supervisor on all work statuses in a timely manner.
· Maintain an accurate driver's log in compliance with DOT regulations.
· Maintain a tidy and organized company vehicle.
· Organize inventory in assigned storage facility.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
· Experience in maintenance and repair of lighting systems.
· Current driver’s license and clean driving record (must be able to be added to company automobile insurance).
· Following instructions closely.
· Ability to work independently.
· Appropriate certifications.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
· Overnight travel may be required.
· Must be able to regularly lift 30-40 pound loads.
· Technicians will drive to multiple job sites daily.
Requirements:
- A stable work history
- Mechanical/Electrical Skills
- 07, 07A, 01 WA State License required or 750/hrs. of documented Electrical/Lighting exp.
- Experience operating a bucket truck is required
- MUST be able to pass Drug screening, MVR, Background Check
