Barback is an assistant to the Bartender. It is fantastic hands on experience for those whose goal is to become a Bartender. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Cleaning and Organizing
- Clean Bar Tools and Glasses to the highest of standards
- Organize Tools, Glasses, etc so that everything is easily accessible
- Keeping Bar Well Stocked
- Stock bottled and canned beer
- Stock liquor
- Cut fruit and stock other drink garnishes
- Keeping a Log of Empty Bottles and Disposing at the End of the Shift
- Changing Kegs
- Assist in handling Service Tickets during peak hours
- May Include Pouring/Serving Alcoholic Beverages
- Food Running
- Deliver food to patrons along with utensils, napkins and appropriate condiments
- Collect and Bus Dishes when appropriate and Clean Bar Top to welcome new guests
- Assist Bartender as needed
- Basset Certified
- Food Handler's Certification
Must be detail oriented, cool under pressure, love a fast paced environment, work well with team members, able to lift heavy objects and be 21 years of age.
