RN – Home Health (Full-Time)

What You'll Do
- Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes
- Educate patients and families to support recovery and independence
- Coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team
- Document visits clearly and accurately
What We're Looking For
- Active Florida RN License
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience (Home Health, Med-Surg, ER, or SNF preferred)
- Experience with wound care, IV therapy, and disease management preferred
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with the care team
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
