Evening Shift: 3 pm to 11 pm

Preferred Qualifications:
- A year of experience as a Direct Support Professional or Care Giver/Home Health Aid.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- A valid driver's license.
- Must know how to cook, clean, and multitask.
- Must be willing to help individuals with daily hygiene, eating, exercise, etc.
- Possess excellent documentation skills.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Must be able to pass a Social Services screening.
- Currently or previously First-Aid/CPR certified.
- Medication management/administration experience or certification.
Duties:
- Reading, writing, and carrying out directions
- Charting or taking notes for others to review
- Providing companionship and supportive listening
- Reporting changes in the health or status of the individuals
- Taking vitals, height, and weight
- Performing activities of daily living
- Maintaining health equipment
- Responding to emergencies
- Administering medication
- Transporting individuals to their appointments
- Facilitating community and recreational outings
- Providing support with hobbies, studies, and social activities
