Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and effectively communicate the ordering process to each visitor
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using Square POS, and communicate customer needs to the kitchen via the program
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, drink pairings, and specials to maximize sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Assist with food handling, food preparation support, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to ensure a pristine environment
- Anticipate customers needs while visiting table to ensure guests are having a good experience.
- Maintain shop cleanliness, organization and stocking

- Be able to menu study and maintain knowledge of menu items
- Maintain cleanliness when handling food
- Be well groomed and prepared to work upon arrival
- Basic math skills for cash handling and POS transactions; ability to perform simple calculations accurately
- Work as a team and be able to visibly see where support can be offerd as it's needed.
- Manage yourself confidently in a fast paced environment
Hours
- Wednesday though Friday, 11am-3pm
- Times may vary slightly based on guest attendance
- Availability for more hours may be available for the right fit
Pay: From $12.00 per hour
