Caregiver (Home Instead103)

Responsibilities
As a Caregiver, you will provide compassionate, person-centered care that helps seniors maintain their independence and quality of life. Duties may include:
- Assisting with personal care, including bathing and grooming
- Providing transfer assistance and operating mechanical lift devices
- Light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Medication and appointment reminders
- Supporting clients living with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia
- Assisting with pet care for clients with furry companions
- Treating clients and their homes with dignity, respect, and professionalism
- Building positive relationships through friendly and compassionate communication
Qualifications
To be considered for this position, applicants must:
- Have a genuine desire to care for seniors
- Possess a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and valid auto insurance
- Must be 21 years old or be a certified NA1
- Be available to work a minimum of 16 hours per week
- Be available to work every other weekend
- Successfully complete:
- Criminal background check
- Motor vehicle record check
- Drug screening (including THC testing)

Compensation
- Pay Rate: $18.00–$19.00 per hour

6 months of professional caregiving experience perferred
