Job Summary
We’re looking for a dependable and professional Delivery & Setup Associate to join our seasonal team. This position involves delivering and setting up rental items (furniture, chairs, tables, dishes) at event venues and private residences around the Denver metro area.
This is a contract position with fixed scheduling — primarily late nights and weekends, with occasional warehouse shifts during the week.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and pick up rental furniture, dishes, and decor
- Drive company box truck to event sites
- Load, unload, and set up heavy items (often over 100 lbs)
- Maintain professionalism in client-facing situations
- Follow setup directions and ensure event spaces look polished
- Work independently or with a small team
- Assist occasionally in the warehouse with organization and prep
- Ability to handle items with extreme care. Many items are fragile and need extra attention during transportation and setup
Requirements
- Must be extremely punctual and reliable
- Available nights and weekends (90% of the time)
- Ability to lift and carry 100+ lbs
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Able to pass a background check and drug test
- Must be able to safely drive and maneuver a 14' to 26' box truck
- Professional, courteous, and communicative
- Comfortable working inside client homes and at venues
- Contract availability from May through October
Compensation & Benefits
- $25.00 – $28.00 per hour, based on experience
