Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage services.
- Lead and supervise staff to ensure excellent guest service, effective teamwork, and adherence to company policies.
- Manage revenue streams through strategic pricing, upselling, and occupancy optimization to maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, health standards, and brand quality standards across all departments.
- Handle guest relations proactively by resolving issues promptly and ensuring memorable experiences for every visitor.
- Oversee human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development initiatives.
- Monitor financial performance by managing budgets, controlling costs, and analyzing financial reports like night audit summaries.
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new guests while maintaining loyalty among existing clientele.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and community stakeholders to enhance the hotel's reputation.
Skills
- Proven experience as a hotel general manager or in a similar leadership role within hospitality management for at least three years.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and guest relations management.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience supervising diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in revenue management techniques to optimize occupancy and profitability.
- Knowledge of hotel management systems including multi-line phone systems and front desk operations.
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving diverse guests.
- Skilled in budgeting, human resources management, and implementing operational procedures.
- Familiarity with night audit processes and hotel accounting practices.
