An established law firm is seeking a high-performing Employment Litigation Associate to join its dynamic team.
What You'll Do:
Handle end-to-end litigation - from pleadings to trial preparation.
Draft & respond to discovery and initial pleadings.
Prepare, argue, and manage motions.
Take and defend depositions.
Work on complex employment and labor law matters, including wage & hour claims.
Looking For:
3-6 years of litigation experience (employment law preferred).
Strong courtroom and motion practice skills.
Excellent legal writing & analytical ability.
Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
A self-starter who can work both independently and collaboratively.
