The Role
As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for the daily maintenance of residential properties. This is a fast-paced, physical role that requires consistency and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality lawn maintenance, including mowing, string trimming, edging, and blowing.
- Assist with seasonal tasks such as hedging, mulch installation, and debris removal.
- Maintain and safely operate commercial-grade equipment (zero-turn mowers, line trimmers, etc.).
- Ensure all equipment is loaded and secured properly at the end of each shift.
Why Reliability Matters
Our clients expect their lawns to look good on a specific schedule. When one person is late or misses a shift, it impacts the entire crew and our ability to provide top-tier service. We are looking for professionals who view "on time" as 5 minutes early.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to work 8–10 hour shifts outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Professional Conduct: Ability to follow instructions closely and represent the company professionally while on job sites.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to our meeting point every morning is a requirement.
- Experience: Previous experience in professional landscaping or lawn care is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic.
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
