Completion of accredited technical or college-level coursework in computer science or a related discipline, or a verified professional history within the information technology and help desk sector, is required.Demonstrated proficiency in the training, utilization, and installation of personal computer hardware and software systems is required.Proven competency in the deployment and administration of the Google Suite productivity ecosystem.Experience in the technical repair and maintenance of computational hardware, including workstations, laptops, and mobile tablet devices.Foundational familiarity with enterprise-level network infrastructure components.Comprehensive understanding of administrative protocols, with a strong emphasis on maintaining strict confidentiality and professional decorum.Superior interpersonal, written, and organizational capabilities, including the ability to engage with the general public in a highly professional and courteous manner.Ability to execute assigned responsibilities in a structured, self-directed, and intrinsically motivated manner.Exemplary communication skills and organizational aptitude, alongside a proven capacity to collaborate effectively with institutional staff and interface politely with external parties.Reporting Structure: This position reports directly to the Director of Technology.Essential Professional Functions: -Hardware Maintenance and Repair Services-Chromebook platforms (Chrome OS)-Windows operating environments-Macintosh operating systems-iOS mobile ecosystems-Administration of Enterprise Software and Hardware Solutions-Management via the Google Admin Console-Active Directory administration, including domain machine imaging and troubleshooting-Utilization of enterprise-grade Help Desk ticketing systems-Resolution of basic enterprise-level printing infrastructure issues-Execution of diverse technological assignments, including software installation, hardware deployment, network access provisioning, device email configuration, and comprehensive troubleshooting of ChromeOS, Windows, and Macintosh workstations and associated peripherals.-Physical deployment and decommissioning of network architecture, monitors, projection equipment, and audio systems across architectural surfaces, ceilings, and technical enclosures.-Address and resolve official correspondence and inquiries in accordance with administrative directives.-Perform supplementary tasks as designated by the Director of Technology.-Travel from building to building as necessary
