Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Store Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who loves fragrance, wellness, and creating memorable in-store experiences. You will be the face of Blueme—helping customers discover our products, learn about scent rituals, and feel inspired.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage customers with warmth and professionalism
- Provide personalized product recommendations based on customer needs
- Maintain store presentation and cleanliness to uphold Blueme’s aesthetic
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Support inventory management and restocking
- Share Blueme’s brand story and wellness philosophy with authenticity
- Support other companies needs as needed
Qualifications
- Retail or customer service experience preferred (luxury, fragrance, or wellness a plus)
- Genuine passion for fragrance, wellness, and lifestyle products
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
