Grit & Grind Sportshouse is a brand-new concept opening in Tonganoxie, and we’re looking for passionate cooks who want to help build something special from the ground up.
We’re hiring multiple kitchen team members, but we’re especially looking for one experienced Lead Cook who can help establish kitchen standards, mentor the team, and take pride in creating an exceptional guest experience.

What You’ll Do
- Prepare high-quality food with consistency and attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen.
- Work efficiently during busy service periods.
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with teammates to create an outstanding guest experience.
- For the Lead Cook: assist with kitchen leadership, training, prep organization, quality control, and daily operations.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred.
- Leadership experience is a plus for Lead Cook applicants.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Team-first mentality with a willingness to learn and grow.
