## Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will assist healthcare providers in delivering exceptional patient care.
## Duties
- Perform basic clinical tasks such as taking vital signs, preparing patients for examinations, and assisting with medical procedures
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
- Assist with patient care coordination and education
- Administer medications under the direction of healthcare providers
- Prepare and sterilize medical instruments
- Handle administrative tasks including scheduling appointments and managing medical supplies
## Experience
- Previous experience in a clinic, hospital, or urgent care setting is preferred
- Knowledge of basic life support (BLS) procedures
- Familiarity with medical-surgical procedures and patient care protocols
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
