We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as an After School Program Advisor. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting educational activities and fostering a positive learning environment for children. You will work closely with students, assisting them in their academic and personal development while promoting engagement through various programs and activities.

- Provide support in sports coaching, encouraging teamwork and physical fitness among students.
- Utilize behavior management techniques to promote positive interactions and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Educate students through engaging lessons and hands-on activities that enhance their learning experience.
- Offer tutoring assistance to help students achieve academic success in various subjects.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all children under your care.
Requirements:
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment physical with TB test
- Experience working with children in an educational or recreational setting is preferred.
- Understanding of behavior management strategies to create a positive learning
- Background in early childhood education or related fields is desirable.
- Ability to educate children using creative teaching methods tailored to their needs.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and staff.
