Gatehouse Security Officer (Overnight) – Lido Beach
CPI is seeking a professional, dependable, and customer-focused Gatehouse Security Officer to join our team at an exclusive luxury beachfront community on Lido Beach, Sarasota, FL.

Wednesday through Sunday
- 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Full-Time Overnight Position
Compensation:

Competitive hourly pay based on experience
Responsibilities:

Control access to the community by verifying residents and guests.
- Monitor all vehicle and pedestrian traffic entering and exiting the property.
- Provide outstanding customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and management.
- Maintain accurate visitor and incident logs.
- Conduct routine security observations and report suspicious activity.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies and notify law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.
- Enforce community rules and security procedures in a professional manner.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Minimum Qualifications:

Valid Florida Class "D" Security Officer License (required).
- Minimum of 3 years of security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to remain alert and make sound decisions during overnight hours.
- Clean professional appearance and reliable transportation.
- Must be able to pass a background investigation and drug screening.
Preferred Qualifications:

Prior gatehouse or concierge security experience.
- Retired law enforcement or military personnel are encouraged to apply.
- Experience working in luxury residential communities or with high-profile clientele.
