The Clinical Informaticist – EHR Lead provides organizational leadership for clinical information systems, serving as the primary owner of EHR functionality, clinical data management, reporting, and workflow optimization. This position partners with executive, operational, and clinical leaders to align technology solutions with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and patient care standards. The role is responsible for system configuration, implementation, end-user support, training, analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance clinical effectiveness, user experience, compliance, and organizational performance.
Pay: $90,000 - $110,000 Annually
Shift: Full-Time, Salaried

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education:-
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in Health Information Management, Computer Science, healthcare, or related field
Experience:-
2-5 Years of experience in healthcare operations, health informatics, electronic health record administration, strategy consulting, corporate strategy, innovation, business development, or corporate development

An additional four (4) years of directly related experience in healthcare informatics, electronic health record administration, clinical information systems, healthcare technology, data analytics, or healthcare operations may substitute for the required bachelor's degree. Candidates must possess a minimum of six (6) years of cumulative related professional experience.
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:-
Experience in SQL/WebFOCUS or other BI tool for querying data and for data manipulation/transformation

Strong analytic skills with the ability to extract, collect, organize, analyze and interpret results for insights

Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS-
1 year clinical healthcare experience and/or 1 year of informatics-related experience with in a healthcare system.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to train users and develop clear documentation.

Ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible language for non technical audiences.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities and respond effectively to high impact issues.

Self directed, adaptable, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
