Position Overview
As a team Member, you are the heart and soul of the Bird & Basket experience. Whether you are perfectly tossing a basket of fries, greeting a guest at the register, or ensuring our chicken is fried to golden perfection, your energy defines our restaurant.
This is a flexible role where you will learn multiple stations—including the front counter, drive-thru, and kitchen—working together as one team.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
Deliver Great Hospitality: Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders at the register or drive-thru, and handle payments efficiently.
Prep & Cook: Maintain our high standards of food quality by prepping ingredients, frying chicken and sides to exact specifications, and assembling orders perfectly.
Pack & Serve: Double-check orders to ensure they are complete, neatly packed in their baskets or bags, and served hot and fresh.
Keep it Clean: Maintain a sparkling clean restaurant by sanitizing counters, clearing trays, washing dishes, and keeping your station organized.
Work Safely: Follow all food safety, sanitation, and quality control guidelines at all times.

Speed & Stamina: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable standing, walking, and lifting up to 30 lbs for your shift.
Reliability: You show up on time for your scheduled shifts, ready to go.
Experience: No restaurant experience required! We will teach you everything you need to know. (Must be at least 16 years old).
