Service Coordinator (Temporary Assignment)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Service Coordinator to provide temporary support for our service department. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating technicians, managing service work orders, communicating with customers, and supporting daily service operations.
This position is well-suited for someone with dispatching or service coordination experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with customers, technicians, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and dispatch field and shop technicians to ensure efficient workflow
- Manage service work orders and monitor job progress from start to completion
- Communicate with customers regarding service status, scheduling, and updates
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of service requests
- Assist with parts ordering and vendor coordination
- Support the preparation of estimates and customer invoicing
- Track technician labor hours and service documentation
- Assist with customer payment processing and collections support
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the service department as needed
Qualifications
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience as a Service Coordinator, Dispatcher, or similar role
- Experience in heavy equipment, construction equipment, rental equipment, diesel service, or related industries is preferred
- Familiarity with service work order management systems is a plus

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
