IDR is seeking a contract Revenue Cycle Project Manager to join an opportunity in Boston, MA. This role is within a leading healthcare organization focused on enhancing revenue cycle efficiency and reducing uncollectible rates through various operational and technological projects.
Position Overview for the Revenue Cycle Project Manager:

Manage multiple workstreams linked to hospital revenue cycle improvement initiatives.

Coordinate internal resources, track progress, escalate risks, and ensure project milestones are met.

Drive execution across operational, process, and technology projects with a focus on hospital revenue cycle.

Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders and ensure informed decision-making.

Support ongoing projects and adapt strategies as necessary during the initiative timeframe.
Requirements for the Revenue Cycle Project Manager:

Proven experience managing hospital revenue cycle projects.

Strong project planning, coordination, and status reporting skills.

Ability to identify risks, dependencies, and barriers early.

Experience working across operational, process, and technology stakeholders.

Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, especially Teams and SharePoint, and experience with Epic.
