We are seeking a skilled and experienced Grounds Crew member to join our team at Tippecanoe Memory Gardens. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping to maintain the grounds of our property under the direction of the Grounds Supervisor. This physically demanding role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent results.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine landscape maintenance tasks, including lawn maintenance and shrub trimming
- Digging graves
- Setting headstones
- Operate power tools and mechanical equipment, such as mowers and trimmers
- Follow safety guidelines
Qualifications:
- Experience in landscape maintenance and groundskeeping.
- Physical stamina to perform physically demanding tasks.
- Basic mechanical knowledge.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a variety of weather conditions.
