About the Role
WSW Realty is a Houston Heights real estate brokerage built on systems, structure, and consistent follow-up. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people on the phone and can keep our day-to-day organized. You don't need real estate experience — we'll train you on everything. What you do need is a great phone presence, strong organization, and comfort working on a computer.
This is a great fit if you light up when you're talking to people, you like having a clear system to follow, and you take pride in staying on top of details.
What You'll Do
- Make outbound calls to leads and prospective clients (we provide the list and the script)
- Have real, friendly conversations — not robotic, scripted pitches
- Log every call and update contact records in our CRM
- Schedule appointments and set follow-up reminders
- Handle general admin tasks: data entry, organizing files, email follow-up
- Keep our database clean, accurate, and up to date
What We're Looking For
- You love talking to people and enjoy outbound phone communication — this is the most important thing
- Friendly, confident, and comfortable on the phone (cold calls don't scare you)
- Organized and detail-oriented; nothing slips through the cracks
- Computer savvy — you pick up new software quickly and work comfortably across email, spreadsheets, and web tools
- Reliable and self-directed once you've been trained
No experience required — if you've got the personality and the work ethic, we'll teach you the rest.
