Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide detailed descriptions of beverage options.
- Take accurate drink orders using Micros POS system, ensuring timely delivery.
- Upsell beverages and promote specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.
- Serve beverages efficiently while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards, including proper food handling.
- Manage multiple orders with excellent time management skills, ensuring all guests receive attentive service.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS and cashiering systems.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas in compliance with health regulations.
- Support guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation during busy nights.
Skills
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor.
- Experience in food service environments.
- Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety standards within the food industry.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities to serve multiple guests efficiently.
- Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy.
- Effective communication skills to foster guest relations and team collaboration.

- Servers receive an hourly base wage of $9.00 + tips received from guests.
