Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of our residential properties. Your expertise in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building systems will ensure our residents enjoy a high-quality living experience. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your maintenance skills in a dynamic residential setting.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical equipment, and building interior components
- Repair and troubleshoot issues related to electrical work, plumbing systems, HVAC units, carpentry, and facilities equipment
- Conduct painting tasks such as maintenance painting and residential painting to uphold property aesthetics and turn vacant apartments including drywall repair.
- Maintain accurate records of all repairs and maintenance activities. Keeping a preventative maintenance log and schedule
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes during all maintenance activities.
Qualifications
- Valid Drivers License
- Residential Painting
- Minor Plumbing Repair
- Minor Electrical Repair
- Ability to turn vacant units
- Proven experience in maintenance, repair, and operations.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and apartment maintenance
- Familiarity with carpentry electrical work, plumbing maintenance and repair, HVAC system repair, and building interior maintenance.
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude toward resident interactions.
- Supervising experience is a plus for leadership roles within the team

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
