Production Associate – Plastics Manufacturing

Production Associates play an important role in supporting daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced plastics production environment. This position involves operating and monitoring equipment, handling materials, performing quality inspections, and maintaining a safe and organized work area.
Assist with the operation and monitoring of production equipment
Handle raw materials and finished products throughout the manufacturing process
Perform quality inspections and report any defects or production concerns
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all safety procedures, work instructions, and quality standards
Support additional production and manufacturing tasks as needed
Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or plastics processing is preferred but not required
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and repetitive movements
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
