Betty Dare Wellness & Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. If you are passionate about providing quality care and making a difference in the lives of residents, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide support with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
- Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to nursing staff.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
- Ensure residents are treated with dignity, respect, and compassion.
- Assist with meal service and hydration as needed.
- Follow facility policies and procedures related to infection control and resident safety.
Qualifications:
- Current New Mexico CNA certification in good standing.
- Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to resident care.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality care standards.
