Job Description
Are you energetic, organized, and passionate about helping people? Specialty.Services is looking for a full-time Customer Care Representative (CCR) to join our growing team!
As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service, scheduling appointments, and supporting day-to-day operations in a fast-paced office environment.
What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming customer calls with professionalism and positivity
- Schedule service and maintenance appointments
- Coordinate with field technicians and dispatch teams
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and courteously
- Maintain accurate customer records and communication
- Help create an exceptional customer experience every day
