SWS Ventures is the holding company for several Tommy’s Express car wash franchise locations opening soon and operating in Lancaster, Berks, and Chester counties in Pennsylvania. Our car wash facilities are World Class and so is our customer service.

We are looking for a full-time Assistant Site Leader who has a winning attitude to join our growing team.

The Assistant Site Leader oversees and assists in managing the overall operations of the business, including, but not limited to the following: budgets, scheduling, car wash quality, Guest service and internal human resources (You must maintain a strong teamwork environment). This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing company in a leadership position. The Sinking Springs Assistant Site leader will have the opportunity to grow into a Site Leader.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Support Site Leader in profitably growing the business by driving membership growth both personally and within the team. Ensure the team is selling memberships in accordance with our framework.
· Ensure that all Company policies are maintained, current and up to date.
· Spend time working in the facility daily. Ability to multi-task between physical job duties and one-on-one training of staff.
· Assist Site Leader with planning and execution of a weekly management meeting. This meeting will include a review of weekly issues such as scheduled events, service changes, maintenance issues, staff issues, promotions and similar.
· Provide specialized leadership, feedback, training and support to every Shift Leader and Crew Member.
· Assist with ordering and inventory. Maintaining proper stock of needed supplies and equipment.
· Ensure that all personnel-related paperwork is kept locked, current and compliant.
· Assist Site Leader with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding and training processes.
· Assist Site Leader and Regional Leader with development of marketing programs and community engagement.
· Ensure that the work schedule is properly made (for a two-week period) and appropriate for projected sales.
· Keep Leaders and Crew on task with clear, written, measurable goals.
· Work to identify and develop Team Members for future consideration as Leaders.
· Ensure a safe, secure, clean and well-maintained business operation.
· Investigate and handle all Member/Guest-related complaints, issues, and insure top-notch Member/Guest service in all operations – through all Leaders.
· Perform all POS and computer related systems tasks.
· Any additional tasks that pertain to benefiting the company and taking care of the Member/Guests.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
