Responsibilities include:
- Manage pre-litigation for assigned cases from demand, counter to settlement.
- Litigation -file on cases that need to be file on.
- Assist with case evaluation, case strategy to increase case value and obtain maximum settlement for clients.
- Work with case handlers and legal assistants ensuring that all cases are smoothly moving along.
- Provide excellent service to all clients.
Skills & Requirements:
- Qualified candidate will have a CA Bar license and 1-2+ years of Personal Injury legal experience.
- Excellent research and writing skills are required.
- Must be familiar with reading medical reports and bills.
- Ideal candidate will have experience with serious injury cases.
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
