Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure all areas meet health regulations and client expectations.
- Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing.
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents safely to clean floors, surfaces, and fixtures.
- Manage manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting of furniture or appliances with proper technique to prevent injury.
- Maintain organization of cleaning supplies and equipment for optimal efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping roles, with janitorial or custodial experience preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, sanitation standards, and the proper use of cleaning detergents and equipment.
- Ability to perform outdoor work as needed for yard or exterior area maintenance.
- Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes.
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting, manual handling, and prolonged periods of standing or walking.
- Excellent client communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Familiarity with floor care techniques such as carpet cleaning, floor polishing, and surface sanitation is highly desirable.
- Prior experience in housekeeper management or supervising cleaning staff is a plus.
