What You'll Do
- Interior and exterior residential painting
- Commercial painting projects
- Surface preparation including sanding, scraping, caulking, priming, and patching
- Brush, roll, and spray application
- Drywall repairs (preferred)
- Work safely on ladders, scaffolding, and lifts
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 18 months of professional painting experience
- High attention to detail and pride in your work
- Reliable, punctual, and accountable
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Strong communication skills with customers and coworkers
- Someone who wants a career, not just another job
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Ability to pass a background check
