The Patient Concierge & Community Outreach Coordinator supports both exceptional patient experience and brand growth through patient communication, community partnerships, and outreach initiatives. This role works closely with our Marketing Manager to execute outreach efforts, assist with events, and maintain high-touch communication with patients and partners.
This is an execution-focused role, ideal for someone who is personable, organized, proactive, and comfortable representing a premium brand both in-clinic and in the community.

Key Responsibilities: Patient Concierge & Communication
- Conduct patient follow-up calls post-service (experience check-ins, check-outs, skincare guidance, rebooking support)
- Assist with rebooking and retention efforts
- Encourage and support Google reviews and referrals
- Provide concierge-level hospitality and patient support during busy clinic hours as needed
Community Outreach & Partnerships
- Build and maintain relationships with:
- Local gyms, run clubs, fitness studios, and wellness partners
- Influencers and brand collaborators
- Community organizations and events
- Assist in coordinating outreach logistics, introductions, and follow-ups
- Represent The J Spot at select community events and activations
Marketing & Brand Support
- Support Marketing Manager with:
- Events, activations, and pop-ups
- Content capture (behind-the-scenes, events, treatments)
- Influencer coordination and follow-ups
- Help track outreach efforts and basic performance metrics
- Maintain brand consistency and hospitality standards across all touchpoints
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (in-person, phone, and digital)
- Polished, professional presence with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable engaging with community partners and representing a premium brand
- Interest in wellness, aesthetics, hospitality, or marketing preferred
- Prior concierge, hospitality, outreach, or customer-facing experience a plus
Schedule & Compensation
- Weekday and Weekend availability; occasional evenings or weekends for events required
- Hourly
