Shift Manager
Job Overview:

Duties:
- Supervise and lead a team of employees during shifts
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food production
- Manage inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Conduct interviews and assist in the training of new team members
- Oversee banquet events and ensure they run smoothly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work environment
Requirements:
- Experience in food handling, hospitality, food production, or food service
- Strong team management skills to lead and motivate staff effectively
- Ability to conduct interviews and provide training to new hires
- Exceptional customer service skills to enhance guest satisfaction
- Familiarity with inventory management practices
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles
