Position Overview
Vet and Tech seeks a motivated Customer Relations, Sales & Marketing Associate to help drive growth across its educational, marketplace, and workforce platforms. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to build lasting relationships with veterinary professionals, manufacturers, and industry partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with veterinary clinics, hospitals, manufacturers, distributors, and industry partners as a core responsibility.
- Identify and engage prospective customers, sponsors, vendors, and strategic partners to support growth priorities.
- Support customer onboarding, account management, and customer success initiatives to strengthen retention and satisfaction.
- Promote educational programs, webinars, marketplace opportunities, and workforce solutions across company offerings.
- Assist with sales, marketing, and business development activities across the company, with a focus on sales.
- Represent the company at veterinary conferences, trade shows, and industry events as needed to build relationships and visibility.
- Manage customer communications and follow-up activities to keep priorities moving forward.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and business development efforts to support organization and tracking.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support growth initiatives and customer satisfaction while focusing on shared priorities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
- Experience in customer relations, sales, marketing, account management, or business development
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, time management, and follow-up abilities
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment
- Proficiency with digital communication and business software tools
- Willingness to travel regularly for conferences and industry events
- Veterinary industry experience is preferred.
