SynQor seeks a recent Engineering Bachelor’s Degree graduate for the position of Manufacturing Process Engineer responsible for providing engineering support to high volume manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities:

Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing and assembly process and methods to obtain maximum productivity levels

Identify and implement cost reductions

Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment

Instruct, help, guide, and mentor operators
-
Recommend engineering design changes as needed

Develop and maintain process work instructions
-
Data collection and analysis to drive continuous process improvement and root cause corrective action

Process control and process improvement activities
Education and Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical)

1 - 3 years of experience preferred
Required Skills:
-
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes used in the electronics manufacturing industry. Examples include knowledge of SMT placement, reflow soldering, thru-hole soldering, hand assembly, and SMT repair.

Ability to prioritize and balance multiple ongoing tasks.

Strong mechanical aptitude.

Electronics manufacturing experience a plus.
