Throttle Addiction is looking for an experienced motorcycle parts and fitment specialist to join our team, handling phone and email support and sales for our Harley-Davidson and chopper parts customers.
Since 2012, Throttle Addiction has been selling Harley and custom chopper parts online. We manufacture hundreds of parts in house, and sell thousands of others' brands.
We are looking for someone who knows Harleys and custom motorcycles inside and out. Someone who can talk fitment, compatibility, and build strategy.
This role is a great fit for a seasoned motorcycle technician who's ready to step back from the physical demands of shop work but isn't ready to leave the industry. You'll spend your days helping customers find the right parts for their builds, and in between calls and emails, you'll get hands-on time working on our in-house project chopper builds.
What You'll Do
- Answer customer calls and emails, helping them identify the right parts for their Harley or chopper project
- Advise on fitment, compatibility, and build options using real technical knowledge and experience
- Build relationships with customers and become a trusted resource for their projects
- Work on Throttle Addiction's project chopper builds between customer calls and emails
What We're Looking For
- If you aren't a "people person," this isn't the job for you.
- Hands-on experience with Harley-Davidsons and custom motorcycles
- Comfortable and confident on the phone and in writing
- Basic computer proficiency (order systems, email, part lookups)
- Reliable, in-person, on-site. This is not a remote position
