American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position in Massachusetts, requiring a permanent MA RN license and telemetry reading ability.

Emergency Department (ER) setting at an acute care hospital in Worcester, MA

Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, with a base start time of 7:00 PM
-
Shift start time may flex up to four hours earlier or later than posted based on critical staffing need, though this occurs very rarely

Epic EMR experience is preferred

Active, permanent MA RN license currently in hand

Minimum 1.5 years of RN experience required

Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and PALS

Must be able to read and interpret telemetry strips

2 professional references required for consideration, with at least one from a Nurse Manager or above

Candidates must reside more than 200 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position

No prior disciplinary actions or encumbrances on nursing license

Orientation includes two pass/fail exams: a medication exam and a telemetry/EKG exam

Each exam allows only one attempt — failure of either exam will result in immediate contract cancellation

Study materials will be provided during the compliance process and prior to orientation to help candidates prepare
