We are looking for a reliable and friendly Cashier / To-Go Specialist to join our team. Previous restaurant experience is preferred, especially experience as a To-Go Specialist.
Our restaurant is all self-service, so this position mainly focuses on assisting customers with ordering, preparing takeout orders, and supporting smooth food pickup operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with placing orders through the POS system when needed (most customers order through self-service kiosks)
- Pack and organize takeout orders accurately and efficiently
- Assist with food handoff and calling order numbers for pickup
- Maintain a clean and organized front counter / pickup area
- Arrive on time and demonstrate responsibility and professionalism at work
- Provide friendly, patient, and excellent customer service
Qualifications:
- Previous restaurant experience preferred (especially cashier or to-go experience)
- Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, positive attitude with good communication skills
- Team player with strong attention to detail
Pay: $18.00 per hour
