Position overview
We're hiring a hands-on Assemblers to build custom electrical switchgear systems used in industrial and commercial power distribution. No formal manufacturing experience required — if you're comfortable with tools and can follow step-by-step instructions, you'll fit right in.
Responsibilities
Read and follow written work instructions and assembly diagrams to build components accurately
Use hand tools, power tools, and fasteners (nuts, bolts, etc.) to assemble parts to spec
Inspect completed assemblies for quality and flag any issues to a supervisor
Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift

Requirements
Comfort working with hand and power tools (auto repair, home improvement, or Ikea-style assembly experience counts)
Ability to read English, perform basic math, and follow sequential instructions or mechanical diagrams
Ability to stand 10 hours a day and bend, twist, reach, and push
Attention to detail and willingness to do repetitive work accurately
Reliable, punctual, and a team player on the floor
