Pet Emergency Education is seeking experienced animal and veterinary professionals to teach our nationally recognized Pet CPR and First Aid certification classes throughout their community.
If you're passionate about animal welfare, education, emergency preparedness, and helping others gain lifesaving skills, we'd love to hear from you.
- Teach instructor-led Pet CPR and First Aid certification classes.
- Educate pet owners, veterinary teams, shelters, groomers, trainers, boarding facilities, and other animal professionals.
- Deliver engaging hands-on training using our curriculum and teaching materials.
- Build relationships with local pet businesses and organizations interested in hosting classes.
Qualifications
Applicants should have:
- At least 3 years of animal work experience in veterinary medicine, animal care, or emergency medical services.
- A minimum of 1 year of teaching, training, or public speaking experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- The ability to work independently and professionally.

Independent Contractor Position
This is a 1099 Independent Contractor opportunity. Instructors enjoy the flexibility to choose when and where they teach while working with a nationally recognized Pet CPR and First Aid education company.
Because instructors conduct hands-on training, they are expected to have access to the teaching equipment and instructional supplies needed to deliver high-quality classes. These resources may be obtained through our company or sourced independently, provided they meet program requirements. Your assigned Hiring Manager will discuss these requirements with you during the interview process.
