J&M Homecare Services is hiring skilled Caregivers and Home Care Aides (HCAs) to provide one-on-one care for seniors throughout Sacramento and surrounding communities. We have an immediate need for caregivers with strong hands-on experience who are available to work a variety of shifts.

What You'll Do
- Provide compassionate one-on-one care in clients' homes
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene
- Safely assist with mobility and transfers
- Support clients living with Alzheimer's and dementia
- Prepare meals, provide medication reminders, and assist with daily routines
- Light housekeeping to maintain a safe, comfortable home
- Build meaningful relationships while helping seniors remain independent
We're Looking For Caregivers Who Have
- At least 6 months of professional caregiving experience (required)
- Experience with higher-acuity clients, including personal care and transfers
- Alzheimer's and dementia care experience preferred
- Open availability for weekdays, evenings, weekends, and varying shifts
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance
- A dependable, compassionate, and professional attitude
- Ability to work independently in clients' homes
Flexible Schedules
- Part-time positions
- 4-, 6-, and 8-hour shifts available
- Weekday, evening, weekend, and overnight opportunities
- Caregivers with open availability receive priority for consistent assignments
