Central PA Physicians Group is looking for a full-time call center representative with a medical background to work at our Altoona location. Central PA Physicians Group offers complete outpatient cardio and vascular care, stress testing, vascular studies, echocardiogram peripheral services and angiographies, as well as podiatry/wound care services.
This full-time position is Monday through Friday. No weekends or holidays. Cardiology or podiatry experience is preferred. Candidate must be able to multi-task. This position will be primarily responsible for the following:
- Taking incoming calls for 7 office locations.
- Handling calls such as medication refills, patient concerns, scheduling and reviewing test results with patients.
- Medical Assistant background experience preferred.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
