Qualifications
- Highly organized multitasker who can thrive is a rapidly changing environment
- Highly articulate presenter of plans of action and progress reports
- Working knowledge of EHR systems and HIPAA compliance
- Flexible in building relationships with many different styles and approaches to meet the needs of the employees and owner
- BS/BA required, preferably in a health-related or life science field
- 4 years of Leadership experience in an medical practice is ideal
- Consulting experience in the healthcare arena would also be acceptable
- Direct experience in Medical Aesthetics is preferred.

Responsibilities
- The Practice Administrator will oversee staff management, productivity, business financials, physician and provider scheduling, patient scheduling, and budget management
- Weekly meetings with the owner to discuss successes and opportunities for the coming days/weeks
- The Administrator ensures that policies and procedures are implemented promptly and efficiently while working collaboratively with the owner to ensure the practice meets overall performance and satisfaction expectations to achieve an excellent patient experience
- The Administrator is responsible for ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations in the standardization of best practices and processes in all divisions of the company
- Responsible for measuring patient retention and new patient acquisition, and implementing protocols as necessary to ensure these KPIs are at a consistently high level
- Able to develop and facilitate business events to drive incremental revenue growth
- Able to maintain professional and lasting relationships with key vendors
- Identifying best practices and developing a game plan to present recommendations for increasing staff productivity and revenue flow
- Ensure all operational standards are met and maintained with clinical and non-clinical staff
- Contribute recommendations for best practices and processes to drive overall success at both practices
- Operationalize an integration plan to ensure a thorough training for each new hire
- Prepare reports and progress summaries to owner; identify KPIs and leverage them when presenting financial summaries
- Be able to manage numerous projects simultaneously
- Maintain a working knowledge of all services offered at both practices; facilitate/participate in trainings for new services and technology (Required)
