Overview

Duties
- Assist with the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris, prepping to complete jobs , and organizing materials
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and effectively to perform tasks such as framing, drywall installation, mold remidiation, bathroom remodeling, assembling carports/greenhouses, installing showers, toilets, plumbing, shower doors, bathroom handles, vanities, base molding, crown molding, quarter round molding, painting/priming, hanging sheetrock, rewiring electrical, laying flooring hardwood, tile,laminiate, Roofing, installing door casings and doors, concrete work and ETC.
- Follow detailed instructions from supervisors to complete specific tasks accurately and efficiently
- Support the installation of structural components, fixtures, or finishes as directed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and removing hazards promptly
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
- Conduct routine inspections of tools and equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance
Skills
- Proven experience in construction or related manual labor roles Required; eagerness to learn is valued
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, or technical instructions is a plus
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods
- Knowledge of safety procedures and OSHA regulations relevant to construction sites
- Excellent teamwork skills with clear communication abilities
- Reliable attendance with a proactive attitude toward completing assigned tasks efficiently
- Basic understanding of power tools and machinery operation; certification is a bonus but not mandatory
- Have to have at least 4yrs experience min
- Has to have knowledge to be able to work alone with various jobs.
