U.S. Pallet Supply, Inc is looking for an aggressive, dedicated, loyal Full-Time Pallet Sales representative to sell Pallets in the Northern, IL area! Applicant will be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals. Duties include sales presentations in person as well as negotiating pricing and service with potential clients and suppliers.
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and also personal skills. Previous experience in the lumber inspection or lumber sales will be an advantage. Unlimited earning potential.
Responsibilities:
Generating leads. This would include Suppliers, and Potential Clients
Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Negotiating with prospective clients and suppliers
Helping determine pricing schedules for quote and negotiations
Preparing weekly reports to submit to Management
Giving sales presentations to prospective clients
Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs
Visiting Clients and potential clients to evaluate their product needs and service requirements
Maintaining client records, inventories, etc.
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in Outside Sales
Must have reliable transportation (truck is best for hauling samples), valid Driver's License
Understanding of the Sales process
A commitment to excellent customer service
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers
Experience using laptop and cellular phone for variety of tasks.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook 365
Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
Communicate with Sales Manager, Office Staff and Management on daily basis
Friendly, Respectful and Attention to Detail
Work Days are Monday thru Friday 8am to 4:30pm, unless Holiday

Pay: $65,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
