Responsibilities Include:
MUST HAVE SOLID MOVING & EXPERIENCE.
Ability to learn the position and what our company does.
Ability to effectively and efficiently handle moving and think about all aspects of the job.
Maintain upkeep of supplies, truck and submit supply orders.
Ability to understand our processes and communicate with clients when on jobs.
Working with a team moving boxes, furniture, appliances and more from one location to another.
Must have experience with appropriately padding & wrapping furniture and fragile small items.
Must be able to safely lift heavy items up to 100 lbs. (2 man lift when needed, of course, and we have moving equipment.)
Must be able to efficiently load and stack the box truck.
Must have the ability to drive a 26 foot box truck (no CDL required). MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE.
Responsible for setting the auction floor, and minor assembly of furniture is required.
Assist in organizing the warehouse. Must work well with customers and team members.
Ability to be at work on time and work in a fast paced environment.
Must be a self starter, take initiative, detail oriented, work at a fast pace, high energy, team player and good work ethic.
Must be able to pass a drug test and background check. DRUG FREE WORK ENVIRONMENT.
Knowledge of estate sales, antiques, vintage and/or collectibles is a plus.
Pay based on experience.
