Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote early childhood education and developmental milestones
- Create a warm, welcoming classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity, exploration, and social interaction
- Supervise children during activities, playtime, meals, naps, and outdoor excursions to ensure safety at all times
- Support children with special needs by adapting activities and providing personalized care in collaboration with specialists when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress, behavior management notes, and daily activities
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's development, achievements, and any concerns
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including first aid procedures and sanitation standards
