We are currently hiring a full-time Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team in Loveland, CO. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and customer engagement. No prior experience is required. Paid training is provided.
In this role, you will work directly with customers in a retail setting, promoting products and services while developing essential communication and sales skills. We are seeking motivated, professional, and goal-oriented individuals who enjoy working with people and contributing to team success.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with customers face-to-face in a retail environment
- Present and explain product features, benefits, and promotions
- Provide professional and courteous customer service
- Assist customers with questions and general inquiries
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development sessions
- Work with team members to meet performance goals
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience is helpful but not required
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and professional work ethic
